For arbitrary constructions for which the application for inclusion together with its accompanying data and supporting documents can be submitted to the information system until June 30, 2020, the discounts provided in article 101 of this law apply.
After the expiration of this deadline and until December 31, 2025, it is allowed to be subject to the provisions of this law only for arbitrary constructions and changes of use of categories 1 to 4 of article 9 of law 4178/2013 and categories 1 to 4 of Article 96 hereof which is prior to 28 July 2011.
For affiliations that will be made from 1 July 2020 until 31 December 2025, the single special fine will be paid increased:
- wenty percent (20%), if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021
- twenty-five percent (25%), if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022
- thirty percent (30%), if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023
- thirty-five percent (35%), if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024
- forty percent (40%), if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025.
